Warminster Town Reserves FC and Holt FC met for a second successive Saturday. Nigel Tripp’s Holt side arriving at the Town’s, Weymouth Street ground on the back a 4-2 success last weekend.

On this occasion it looked as if Warminster were going to avenge last weeks win, however that was until the introduction of late substitute Peter Andrews who turned out to be Holt’s saviour.

After a goalless first half, Warminster broke the deadlock in the 63rd minute, Drew Adams scoring on his debut to give the hosts the lead.

With the clock running down, Holt threw on Pete Andrews in the 83rd minute and just 3 minutes later he was on hand to turn the ball home from a Jordan Smith assist and earn his team a share of the spoils from the 1-1 draw.
